What can you do for my business? What can I expect from Gineris & Associates?
We provide professional accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, income tax, and other standard compliance work.
The true value you get when working with us is real-time access to your small business success team (accounting and tax professionals), proactive tax planning, and advisory services like business planning and best practices, income strategies, tax strategies, and financial planning.

How much do your services cost?
Our clients generally pay an up-front onboarding fee which includes setting up your accounting and payroll systems and processes, catching your books up-to-date, and providing other needed initial services. This fee varies based on the amount of work, and typically starts at $3000.
Monthly fees range from $750 to >$5,000 based on your needs and situation and include all needed services (i.e., accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, business tax return, and shareholder/partner tax return(s)). Flat-fee rates are based on your specific situation (i.e, the number of accounts and transactions, frequency of payroll and number of employees, and other factors).
Consultations on topics outside the agreed-upon scope of services start at $150/hour for accountants and $250/hour for tax associates, however, we discount these rates for our flat-fee clients.
How often will we communicate with each other?
We value our relationships with our clients, and we value real-time and proactive communication, collaboration and sharing of vital tax, business, and financial information.
We proactively reach out to you to get needed information to keep your books and taxes up-to-date. Additionally, if you reach out to us, our professionals are extremely responsive – typically same day, or next business day. Unlike many accounting firms that schedule time with clients weeks out, we see about engaging you in a Zoom (web-meeting) session right away. We are accessible by phone, fax, email, text/chat, and web-meeting.
How do I meet with my professional team?
We use Zoom videoconference technology which is easy and intuitive. Clients can schedule a meeting with your tax professional from our team page. We’re also a phone call or email away.
It’s a great idea to have your tax professional and accounting professional meet with you at the same time!
What credentials do your professionals have?
All of our tax professionals are either CPAs (Certified Public Accountants) or EAs (Enrolled Agents) or both. This means that we can represent clients on any matters with the IRS or state taxing authorities. Our tax professionals average 20 years’ experience.
What is your quality assurance process?
All tax returns are prepared by a credentialed professional following a detailed checklist. Upon completion of the tax return, the preparer completes their own review, and then submits it to a credentialed tax reviewer who completes a second review. This process helps ensure not only accuracy, but more importantly, optimal tax outcomes.
Do you keep copies of my accounting and tax documents (i.e., W2s, 1099s)?
Yes, we keep a digital copy of all your documents. We retain these on file for 5 years. We can publish them to your portal, or email them to you secure encrypted. If you need, for example, a W2 from 2 years ago for a mortgage refinance, we can provide that to you.
Can you help me with tax planning and financial planning?
Yes! We are excellent at tax planning, and have in-house financial planning services via Gineris Wealth Management. We can help you set up educational and retirement savings plans, and help you optimize both tax and wealth outcomes.
Are you virtual or office-based?
Yes!
We operate a virtual practice with staff all over the country serving clients all over the country. Most of our clients get us their needed documents electronically, and enjoy the simplicity of Zoom virtual meetings.
We also have a brick-and-mortar office located in Dyer, Indiana, where clients send paper documents, which our office staff scans for our professionals.
