Our clients generally pay an up-front fee which includes setting up your accounting and payroll systems and processes, catching your books up-to-date, and providing other needed initial services. This fee varies based on the amount of work, and typically starts at $1500.
Monthly fees range from $300 to >$1,000 based on your needs and situation and include all needed services (i.e., accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, business tax return, and shareholder/partner tax return(s)). Flat-fee rates are based on your specific situation (i.e, the number of accounts and transactions, frequency of payroll and number of employees, and other factors).
Consultations on topics outside the agreed-upon scope of services start at $100/hour.

We use Zoom videoconference technology which is easy and intuitive. Clients can schedule a meeting with your tax professional from our team page. We’re also a phone call or email away.

All of our tax professionals are either CPAs (Certified Public Accountants) or EAs (Enrolled Agents) or both. This means that we can represent clients on any matters with the IRS or state taxing authorities. Our tax professionals average 20 years’ experience.
All tax returns are prepared by a credentialed professional following a detailed checklist. Upon completion of the tax return, the preparer completes their own review, and then submits it to a credentialed tax reviewer who completes a second review. This process helps ensure not only accuracy, but more importantly, optimal tax outcomes.
Yes, we keep a digital copy of all your documents. We retain these on file for 5 years. We can publish them to your portal, or email them to you secure encrypted. If you need, for example, a W2 from 2 years ago for a mortgage refinance, we can provide that to you.
Yes! We are excellent at tax planning, and have in-house financial planning services via Gineris Wealth Management. We can help you set up educational and retirement savings plans, and help you optimize both tax and wealth outcomes.
We operate a virtual practice with staff all over the country serving clients all over the country. Most of our clients get us their needed documents electronically, and enjoy the simplicity of Zoom virtual meetings.
We also have a brick-and-mortar office located in Dyer, Indiana, where clients send paper documents, which our office staff scans for our professionals.
